This project was implemented with the aim of increasing the accuracy and speed of metal sheet cutting operations in the production lines of car body parts. The designed device has the ability to cut sheets up to 10 mm thick and is equipped with a digital control system with a touch screen. The ability to store and execute different cutting programs, the use of part layout optimization algorithms to reduce waste, and an advanced safety system are among the features of this device. The use of this equipment has reduced human error, improved the quality of the final product, and increased production speed.
