In this project, the main objective was to design and build a fully automatic production line for packaging powdered products such as flour, starch and edible powders. This production line includes precision weighing devices, volumetric fillers, transfer conveyors, thermal bag stitching, separation system and a central PLC-based control panel. The system is designed to provide maximum productivity and accuracy in the packaging process with minimal human intervention. Optimization of energy consumption, ease of maintenance and repair, and the possibility of modular upgrades were other prominent features of this project.
