Yes. We design and produce all equipment based on the specific technical requirements, production capacity, process conditions, and available space of the client. Full customization is a core part of our technical policy.
Our after-sales services include installation and commissioning, operator training, periodic maintenance, spare parts supply, specialized repairs, equipment calibration, and both remote (phone) and on-site technical support nationwide.
Yes. All systems and equipment are designed to provide full validation documentation, including DQ, IQ, OQ, and upon request, FAT/SAT, ensuring full alignment with the client’s Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
Yes. For industrial clients, on-site visits to our manufacturing facility or selected completed projects can be arranged. Additionally, photos, videos, and technical documentation of projects are available upon request.
