In this project, a three-axis CNC machine was designed and manufactured, which is capable of machining complex parts with micron precision. The mechanical design of the machine was based on an anti-vibration chassis, a high-speed spindle, and a precise linear guide. In the control section, an up-to-date software system with a Persian user interface and the ability to define the movement path through CAD/CAM files was used. This machine is designed to produce special parts in the aerospace, medical, and precision instrument industries and has the ability to be customized based on the type of material and size of the workpiece.
