This project was defined with the aim of improving the internal transportation system of raw and semi-finished materials in the continuous production line of Nik Ahan Steel. The conveyors, with modular design and customization capabilities based on the volume and type of material, were equipped with a system of positioning sensors, weight sensors, and intelligent control algorithms. By implementing this project, in addition to reducing the need for human resources in moving materials, the downtime of the production line has been reduced and better coordination between the different stages of production has been achieved. This system also has the ability to send data to the central monitoring system for real-time performance analysis.
